After stores all over the nation have been closed for what seems like an eternity due to the restrictions of the pandemic, many shopaholics were forced to resort to online shopping.

Although online shopping has become widely popular in recent years, people still want the experience of in-store shopping. According to Google, nearly 80% of shoppers will go in person to a store when they have an item they want to purchase immediately. Emotion plays an important role in shopping behaviour and there is a human side of in-store shopping that customers enjoy simply don’t experience during online shopping.

Thankfully, that’s all changed as retailers are finally able to open their doors once more – hurrah!
