Feeling Stressed? Here Are 5 Spa Night Ideas You Need to Know

Published

on

You wake early, get the kids ready for school, get to work and give it your all every day, go back home and make one of your delicious meals, spend some time with the family, go to bed and do it all again the next day.

If this is your typical routine, we have one question for you…

When do you fit in some (well-deserved) me-time?!

For anyone who answered “Never”, we have five spa night ideas that are very to hard to resist.

So grab some candles, two slices of cucumber, and get ready for the coziest night of your life!

1. Apply a Nice Face Mask

Starting off with the basics, what’s a spa night without a soothing face mask?

There are countless amazing masks in beauty shops, health shops, and even supermarkets, so if you don’t have one at home, we’re sure you won’t have a hard finding the perfect one for you.

However, if you want to keep this low-cost, why not make your own face mask? There’s no shortage of recipes online!

2. Have a Warm Bath (With a Surprise)

A warm bath is always relaxing, and that’s a fact.

But a warm bath with a nice, fragrant bath bomb in it… it’s a whole new level.

Bath bombs have become a huge trend over the past few years, so just like masks, they’re widely available, but if you simply can’t decide on one, we know you will love this CBD cream and bath bomb package!

3. Give Your Hands Some Love

When was the last time you moisturized your hands?

It’s easy to forget to give our hands some love (even though we use them all day, every day!), so having a little hand care routine during your spa night isn’t a bad idea.

Moisturize them, scrub them, apply a hand mask, and to make it even more fun, paint your nails your favorite color.

4. Exfoliate… From Head to Toe

We’re sure you’re used to exfoliating your face, but when was the last time you scrubbed your arms, legs, or feet?

Dead skin cells and residue doesn’t just accumulate on your face, it accumulates on your entire body, which is why a full-body scrub is so beneficial.

Once again, you can either purchase a body exfoliant or go DIY.

5. Give Yourself a Lymphatic Body Massage

Who said self-massages aren’t relaxing and effective?

A lymphatic massage doesn’t just feel good – it actually improves your circulation, helps with headaches, reduces signs of aging skin, and minimizes swelling.

Whether you do it in the shower or right after, using your favorite lotion, we know your body will thank you.
